2. Data Collected
The only personal data collected through this website is that which you voluntarily provide by filling out the contact form: your name, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your request and is never sold or shared with third parties.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to request data portability. To exercise these rights, please use the contact form.
5. Legal Basis
The processing of data submitted via the contact form is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
6. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months.
7. Access to Google Data (Gmail)
TeacherPlan uses Google APIs to allow teachers to access their institutional mailbox directly from the app.
Data accessed by the app:
- List of emails in the inbox (subject, sender, recipient, preview, date)
- Content of individual emails selected by the user
- Google contacts, to suggest recipients when composing a message
- Read/unread status of emails
Purpose of processing:
Gmail data is used exclusively to display emails within the app and to allow the user to send, read and manage their institutional mail. It is not used for any other purpose.
Data sharing:
Data obtained through Google APIs is not shared with third parties, is not sold, is not used for advertising and is not stored on external servers. Processing takes place entirely on the user’s device.
Compliance with Google policies:
TeacherPlan’s use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access:
Users can revoke TeacherPlan’s access to their Google account at any time via Google’s security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by signing out directly from the Mail section of the app.
Legal basis:
Processing is based on the user’s explicit consent, granted when authorising access to their Google account through the OAuth2 authentication flow upon first login.
