ortinoofficial.com is the website for TeacherPlan and iScuola, iPhone and iPad apps designed for teachers and students. The apps are available on the Apple App Store.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in the apps (text, graphics, icons, code) is the property of Fabio Ortino and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is.” Fabio Ortino does not guarantee that they are error-free or always available, and is not liable for any damages arising from their use.
5. Third-Party Apps
TeacherPlan and iScuola are distributed through the Apple App Store. Downloading and using them is also subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence.
